Job Description

The HR Generalist will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding. They will lead and improve peer and performance review cycles, conduct regular 1:1 meetings with team members, manage end-to-end recruitment processes, and act as a strategic partner to hiring managers. They will also drive improvements in internal HR processes by identifying gaps and proposing solutions. This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of building trusted relationships. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail. They should also be proactive in resolving employee-related challenges.
Must Have:
  • 3+ years of experience in HR & Recruiting
  • Strong understanding of employee lifecycle
  • Experience leading performance review processes
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Confident in partnering with hiring managers
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Analytical thinking
  • Full professional proficiency in Ukrainian

  • Take ownership of the full employee life cycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.

  • Lead and continuously improve peer and performance review cycles to support a culture of growth and feedback.

  • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with team members to identify development opportunities, address concerns, and ensure engagement.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles, working closely with hiring managers.

  • Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, providing guidance on team structure, hiring priorities, and talent planning.

  • Drive improvements in internal HR processes by identifying gaps and proposing actionable, data-driven solutions.

ABOUT YOU:

  • 3+ years of experience in HR & Recruiting, ideally in fast-paced or growing organizations.

  • Strong understanding of the employee life cycle and the ability to implement best practices at each stage.

  • Proven experience leading performance review processes and supporting career growth initiatives.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of building trusted relationships across all levels.

  • Confident in partnering with hiring managers to define talent needs and deliver effective hiring outcomes.

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.

  • Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to resolving employee-related challenges.

  • Analytical thinking and the ability to derive insights from HR metrics and feedback.

  • Full professional proficiency in Ukrainian and at least an intermediate level of English.
