The Inside Channel Manager (ICM) will focus on software and hardware sales through the development of Milestone resellers within an assigned region. The ICM will work to develop and execute a scalable, cost-effective, and focused channel partner development process that will help increase the number of active selling partners, see year-over-year revenue growth, and accelerate the sales of newly signed partners.
This position will support our central region. Depending on the team's needs, working hours will be from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. PST or 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. PST.
This position will work a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office and 2 days WFH) out of our Americas Headquarters in beautiful Lake Oswego, OR. It reports to the Regional Channel Manager, Central, and does not receive relocation assistance.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $89,709 to $142,903, with most candidates falling in the $109,163 to $120,237 range. Pay is based on the level, location, complexity, responsibility, and job duties of the specific position and is just one component of Milestone’s total compensation package. Additionally, we offer an attractive benefits package that includes medical/dental benefits, FSA or HSA, 401k with 6% Safe Harbor employer match, paid parental leave, generous PTO (20 days' vacation, 10 days paid sick time, and 12 company holidays), fully paid Short Term disability policy, fully paid Long Term disability policy, and Life Insurance.
