As a Lead Environment Artist, you will be in charge of the environment of a game level. You will be working in the editor with your team, providing artistic and technical support for the architectural level. You will also plan and allocate tasks for the Level Art team members, considering timelines and constraints. Furthermore, you will interact with the Assistant Art Director to ensure a clear understanding of the direction and effectively share it with the team. You will also solve artistic problems, interact with design and tech teams, find innovative points of view, assist in scoping and planning, document processes, push back limitations, and communicate with managers.

Must Have:- University degree in 2D-3D art or equivalent training.
- 8+ years of experience as a 3D/Environment Artist, +1 as Lead.
- Minimum of 2 published titles (at least 1 AAA).
- Experience creating objects/environments with 3D and 2D software.
- Knowledge of video game production trades.
- Knowledge of engine and game platforms technical constraints.
- Knowledge of Maya/Blender and Photoshop.
