Job Summary

Job Description

The Learning & Development Specialist will be responsible for executing an effective training program for the DomaniRx platform, ensuring that clients and internal resources are confident in their ability to interact with it. This includes creating eLearning modules, designing and facilitating virtual live training sessions, and serving as a subject matter expert to improve the UI with help options and training directly on the platform. Additional responsibilities involve creating training materials, including manuals, and online modules, as well as supporting training materials based on product changes.
Must have:
  • Experienced trainer

  • Ability to facilitate training effectively
  • Ability to self-manage to meet goals and timelines
  • Effective Communication

With the launch of DomaniRx, support is needed to complete training material for the new platform.  This will be used by internal and client resources.

What You Will Get To Do:

  • Accountable for executing an effective training program that ensures our clients and internal resources are confident in their ability to interact with our DomaniRx platform
  • Creation of eLearning modules
  • Design and facilitate virtual live training to internal and external participants
  • Subject matter expert that will engage in POC and design of UI improvements to incorporate help options and training directly onto the DomaniRx platform
  • Support training material and additional classes based on product changes
  • Create DomaniRx Guidebooks/Application Manual
  • Create DomaniRx Training Videos/Online Modules

What You Will Bring:

  • Experienced trainer
  • Ability to create training materials in various formats such as training manuals, eLearning modules, live training sessions
  • Experience with Articulate 360 is a plus
  • Ability to facilitate training effectively including post training knowledge checks
  • Ability to self-manage to meet goals and timelines while tying contributions back to team and organization’s strategic objectives
  • Effective Communication
  • Uses professional grammar, tone, spelling, and punctuation in written communications
  • Uses professional grammar and tone in oral communications
  • Effective in preparing, participating, and facilitating in a variety of communication styles and audiences: one-on-one, small or large groups and/or diverse stakeholders and position levels
