ジョブ・サマリー:
Disney Storeのビジネスをドライブさせる根幹は商品であり、その中核を担う商品開発チームは非常に大きな責任を伴います。その中でマーチャンダイザーとして担当カテゴリーの戦略立案、商品開発、商品マネジメントを担当頂きます。
職務内容:
- ディズニーストアで販売する商品の企画開発(ゲスト動向や市場のトレンドを的確に捉え、常にゲストの期待を超える商品を提供する)
- 商品部のカテゴリー戦略に基づき、担当チームの商品企画の立案と実行、またプランニング、アロケーション、サプライマネジメントチームと共に価格戦略、仕入計画、チャネル計画（店舗、EC ）を立案する。
- 計画に基づき、商品アソートメントを決定し、発注する。取引先との 条件交渉を行う。
- 国内外問わず他部門、他チーム(APAC Creative、プロダクトデザイン、プロダクトインテグリティ、グローバルソーシング等)と連携強化し、ビジネスを円滑に進める
- 担当カテゴリーの売上・利益の最大化の責任を持つ（担当カテゴリーはファッションもしくはホームを想定）
必須条件 : 求められる職務要件
- ３年以上のメーカーもしくはSPAでの商品開発経験
- キャラクター商品の企画開発経験
- 取引先との折衝経験(納期、価格など)
- (尚可)ビジネスにおいて英語を使用したコミュニケーションの経験

- 小売業に関する売上・仕入・在庫といった数値の基礎的な知識や考え方を有する。
- コミュニケーション力
- 取引先交渉
- プロジェクトマネージメント
- Microsoft Office – PPT, EXCEL, WORD
- オリジナリティがあり、なおかつディズニーブランドに相応しい商品を企画、開発することに情熱と責任を持って取り組める
- 美術、デザイン経験や専攻
- Language skill
- Native Japanese, Proficient English
