Job Description

This role is a New Business Account Executive position at Google, focusing on acquiring new advertisers and integrating Google's marketing products (YouTube, Google Ads, Google Display Network) into their strategies. Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, developing long-term success strategies, securing new Google Ads clients, presenting marketing solutions, creating ad campaigns, developing business strategies, understanding customer needs, and exceeding quota attainment. The role requires strong relationship-building skills, communication abilities, and a deep understanding of online advertising. Job Details

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in full life-cycle sales.
  • Experience in developing relationships with new customers and serving as a consultant.
  • Experience in sales development.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in building a book of business, ensuring the management and fulfillment of strategic goals, and developing associated agreements.
  • Experience in educating new advertisers on the benefits of transitioning from traditional media to digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience in exceeding quota attainment.
  • Knowledge of the online advertising industry.
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide comprehensive advertising solutions to prospective clients.

Google’s New Business Sales team is a group of professionals whose focus is on engaging and obtaining advertisers, and subsequently persuading them to incorporate Google's range of marketing products (e.g., YouTube, Google Ads, and the Google Display Network) into their current Marketing strategies. This global and dedicated team is the engine behind Google’s continued growth.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $88,000-$126,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
