The role reports to the M&C Manager and is within the Consulting Admin team.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, PR, or communications
  • 3-4 years of brand/marketing experience in a digital environment
  • Experience with account-based marketing or CRM
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Knowledge of technology and digital marketing trends
Good to have:
  • Experience with paid social media campaigns
  • Technical understanding of digital channels and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau)
  • Experience with marketing automation

Job Description & Summary

The Marketing and Communications function supports the go-to-market strategies around client issues in key targeted segments to drive revenue growth. We work closely with all lines of service and industries to act as the voice of the client through the use of insights and analytics. We support our consultants in deepening relationships and building trust with new clients in the marketplace.
We are seeking a technology-savvy marketing and communications senior associate to support the M&C manager in driving the marketing strategy for Consulting.
You will develop and drive integrated marketing strategy through business targeting and optimisation of experiences delivered across various channels, ensuring measurable business growth and ROI. You will have a clear and articulate vision of how marketing can proactively enable a seamless end-to-end customer journey from discovery through purchase and advocacy. The role sits within the Consulting Admin team and reports to the M&C Manager.

  

Major Duties & Responsibilities 

● Work closely with the business units to plan, develop and deliver measurable, data-driven, digital-first marketing campaigns to support the business strategy and optimise lead generation at every touchpoint 

● Responsible to execute and manage a seamless omni-channel experience through integration of all marketing channels including digital, social and traditional 

● Drive regular management and reporting against performance of all marketing campaigns to identify opportunities, improvement areas and measure ROI 

● Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate and translate data on various digital platforms and client feedback into actionable insights to optimise spend and performance 

● Build strong partnerships and communication with key internal stakeholders ● Assist in creating quality content to support marketing campaigns 

Job Requirements 

● Bachelor’s degree in marketing, PR, communications or journalism 

● Minimum 3-4 years brand/marketing and communications experience especially in a digital environment 

● Experience with targeted account-based marketing and/or client relationship management, executing paid social media campaigns is a plus 

● Must be able to lead strategic conversations with diverse teams of people ● Outcome-driven with exceptional project management and communications skills are essential

● Passion for and knowledge of technology and digital marketing, and able to stay up-to-date with landscape changes and latest trends 

● Critical thinker, highly creative with strong problem-solving and analytical skills ● A great collaborator with a positive outlook and attitude 

● Must be able to knit together disparate sources of information into a strong strategic narrative 

● Good to have technical understanding of various digital channels, tactics, best practices and analytics e.g. SEO, social media, email marketing, marketing automation, digital marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics and Tableau Competencies 

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

● High level of integrity, sense of urgency and attention to detail to deliver high quality and accurate outputs with a can-do attitude 

● Self-driven and resilient with an agile, entrepreneurial and analytical mindset to drive measurable change 

● Solid commercial focus - sensitive to business needs and requirements but also solution orientated 

● Strong organisational, time management and communication skills ● Strong tenacity, flexible and resourceful to clear roadblocks with maturity to interact with and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation and across business lines, respect for diversity of opinions and styles
