Key Responsibilities:

  • Email support, navigation – documentation for import and export in LAM region - CAC OTCX (Central America, Andina, and Caribbean Sea Area – One Team Customer Experience)

  • Able to quickly understand customer needs with regards to maersk.com and responds accurately and efficiently.

  • Able to analyze customer data to provide timely response related to import and export.

Who are we looking for:

  • Comfortable with non-voice business transactions.

  • Excellent communication skills particularly excellent written Spanish skills required and English and ability to do multitask while handling multiple customers and applications.

  • With at least 1 year experience – in Customer Service, BPO, Shipping Industry for Voice and Non-voice in Spanish Language.

  • Experience in handling Customer Service transactions/processes and dealing with direct customers preferred.

  • Bachelor's Degree graduate.

  • Open to College Undergraduates.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Ability to work under pressure and according to standard processes.

  • Strong service mindset with sense of urgency.

  • High attention to detail and critical thinker.

  • Team player, skilled in coordinating and working with different types of colleagues.

  • Open to occasional overtime.

  • Amenable to work in permanent graveyard shift and hybrid set up.

  • Open to work in Pasig City.
