We are looking for a Product Manager to join the Ads team focused on Honey. This role involves product discovery, defining product strategy, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, executing the roadmap, evangelizing the product, and monitoring performance to identify new opportunities.
Must have:
  • Participate in product discovery/build requirements
  • Act as a product evangelist to socialize insights and gather feedback
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to solve complex merchant issues
  • Utilize data analysis techniques to make informed decisions
  • Coordinate, write, and action merchant communication and follow-up
  • Work with cross-functional teams to establish operational procedures and provide supporting documentation
  • Communicate with stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Understand business needs and solve customer problems
  • Build analytical product/platform solutions; explore data to find actionable insights
  • Work with the Lead Product Manager to understand the problem space
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Experience leading the full product development lifecycle for a new feature
  • Experience with data analysis in SQL
  • Strong written and verbal communication across product, business, design, and engineering audiences
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong bias for action and user empathy

We offer merchants an end-to-end payments solution that provides authorization and settlement capabilities, as well as instant access to funds and payouts. We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a product manager to join the Ads team focused on Honey to own and optimize consumer and business facing features. You’ll work with our product team to conduct product discovery, define product strategy, coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, and execute the roadmap. You’ll also evangelize the product across the company and monitor performance to identify new opportunities.

Essential Responsibilities:

Minimum Qualifications:

The US national annual pay range for this role is $100,500 to $173,250
