We’re looking to hire a Project Manager II (Non-IT) for a global e-commerce leader. Join a dynamic company that values innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.
You’ll join the Talent Operations, Technology, and Analytics (OTA) team to identify and implement sustainable solutions that drive key strategic initiatives and improve stakeholder experiences. This is a long-term contract (12 months) opportunity. The role is located in Austin, TX, and is hybrid (3+ days onsite per week).
Oversee and lead cross-functional projects, continuously evolving processes and tools to improve operational efficiency.
Utilize data-driven insights to identify process improvement opportunities and recommend new tools and technologies.
Work closely with internal and external partners to ensure effective implementation and adoption of technology and data changes.
Manage day-to-day operations of non-ATS tools in the Talent Acquisition tech stack.
Design and deliver training programs and change management initiatives to enhance team skills.
Quantify and socialize project impact using both qualitative and quantitative measures.
5+ years of experience in global project and change management, preferably within Talent Acquisition/Recruiting.
Experience implementing new Talent/People technology and data products.
Strong background in ATS optimization (Workday preferred) and user workflow improvements.
Proven ability to evolve global hiring processes by partnering with users to address challenges and develop solutions.
Expertise in creating comprehensive enablement plans that ensure engagement and adoption of changes.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate and influence across all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in tools such as Outlook, Google Suite, Smartsheet, Excel, CodeSignal, Workday, and
and Slack.
