Get to know the role
What you'll do
Public Relations Support: Assist in the development and implementation of PR strategies to promote Pokémon products and initiatives in Latin America.
Media Relations: Build upon current successes and relationships in the region with key consumer media relevant to TPCi’s dynamic business.
Influencer Relations: Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators across Latin America. Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that align with our brand goals and messaging (high-growth area).
Agency Collaboration: Manage and collaborate with PR and Influencer agencies in Latin American markets, with a primary focus on Mexico and Brazil.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute influencer campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and distribution. Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product marketing, social media, retail marketing, corporate communications, international colleagues and other groups to ensure PR and influencer strategies align with overall brand goals.
Event Planning: Assist in planning and executing PR and influencer events, product launches, and brand activations.
Crisis Communication: Support the management of potential brand reputation risks and assist in developing crisis communication plans in the region as needed.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Analyze PR and influencer campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future initiatives.
What you'll bring
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Minimum of 6-9 years of experience in PR and influencer marketing, preferably within the entertainment, gaming, or adjacent consumer products industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Latin American Spanish, at near-native level.
Proven track record of successful PR campaigns and influencer partnerships.
Strong understanding of the Latin American market and cultural nuances.
Excellent communication, professional judgment, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent collaboration skills; local expertise with a global mindset; ability integrate into an international team dynamic that values best-in-class execution in a casual culture.
Proficiency in Portuguese is highly desirable.
