Quality Assurance Manager Interactive (all genders)

As Quality Assurance Manager at tonies®, you'll lead and mentor internal and external QA testers, ensuring top-notch quality across software, hardware, and the development engine. Responsibilities include developing and implementing QA standards, overseeing test plans (functional, non-functional, audio content), managing bug tracking, and collaborating with various stakeholders. You will conduct functional, regression, and exploratory testing, continuously improving QA processes for enhanced product quality and team efficiency. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 5+ years of QA experience (3+ in management), proficiency in QA tools, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. Experience with audio testing and development engine QA is crucial. Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.
