As our Quality Assurance Manager, you will be at the heart of ensuring top-notch quality across our software, hardware, and development engine. You will have the opportunity to shape and lead a flexible, scalable QA process while collaborating with both our internal and external teams. Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

Lead and mentor internal QA testers while managing external testing partners from our Düsseldorf office
Conduct functional, regression, and exploratory testing across different products
Develop and implement QA standards for software, hardware, and the development engine
Oversee and execute detailed test plans, including functional, non-functional, and audio content testing
Manage bug tracking and ensure timely issue resolution in collaboration with product managers
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure testing aligns with project goals and timelines
Continuously evaluate and improve QA processes to enhance product quality and team efficiency

What we are looking for:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in quality assurance, including 3+ years in a management role
Experience with both manual and automated testing for software QA
Proficiency with QA tools and bug tracking systems (e.g. JIRA)
Knowledge of audio testing techniques and experience with development engine QA
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Fluency in English, both written and verbal (German language skills are a plus)
Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple products and deadlines
