Responsibilities include educating customers on Tesla's technology and benefits, managing the sales process (financing, trade-ins, delivery), exceeding sales targets, collaborating with the team, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Tesla's mission, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What to expect

As a Sales, you will play a critical role in helping customers on their journey to ownership of a Tesla vehicle. You will be a product expert who is passionate about Tesla's mission and can communicate the benefits of owning a Tesla to potential customers. You will work with customers to understand their needs, educate them about Tesla vehicles, and guide them through the sales process to ensure they make an informed decision.

You have relentless determination to succeed, and you are driven by the mission of Tesla to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy. You are part of a larger sales and delivery team who works closely and flexibly on all tasks. You are expected to cooperate frequently and display a one-team mentality to achieve sales and delivery targets. 

What You’ll Do
  • Diventare un esperto/a di prodotto sui veicoli e le tecnologie Tesla e rimanere aggiornato sugli ultimi sviluppi e tendenze
  • Comprendere le esigenze e le preferenze di ciascun cliente e fornire una soluzione personalizzata che soddisfi le sue esigenze
  • Fornire informazioni dettagliate e trasparenti sui vantaggi di possedere un veicolo Tesla, inclusi i costi di ricarica e manutenzione, l'impatto ambientale e l'esperienza di guida
  • Guidare i clienti attraverso il processo di vendita, comprese le opzioni di finanziamento, le permute e le tempistiche di consegna
  • Essere un consulente di fiducia per i clienti per rispondere a qualsiasi domanda che possano porti e affrontare eventuali dubbi o obiezioni che potrebbero sollevare
  • Fornire un'esperienza cliente eccezionale che superi le loro aspettative e costruire con loro una relazione a lungo termine
  • Raggiungere o superare gli obiettivi di vendita e le metriche delle prestazioni
  • Lavorare in collaborazione con altri membri del team Tesla per garantire un'esperienza cliente senza soluzione di continuità

Mansioni generali:

  • Garantire che i dettagli del cliente e tutte le azioni siano accuratamente tracciati e aggiornati nei nostri sistemi interni 
  • Eseguire e condividere le best practice con e attraverso la tua sede Tesla. 
  • Istruire i clienti sull'intero ecosistema Tesla e su tutte le soluzioni disponibili per soddisfare le loro esigenze  
  • Per quanto riguarda le procedure di Tesla, eseguire tempestivamente gli incarichi amministrativi di vendita, tra i quali la stipula del contratto, la finanza e lavorare in stretta collaborazione con le parti interessate per portarle a termine  
  • Gestire eventuali mansioni aggiuntive per supportare esigenze aziendali più ampie 

 

What you’ll do

  • Be a product expert on Tesla vehicles and technologies, and stay up to date with the latest developments and trends
  • Understand the needs and preferences of each customer, and provide a personalized solution that meets their requirements
  • Provide detailed and transparent information about the benefits of owning a Tesla vehicle, including charging and maintenance costs, environmental impact, and driving experience
  • Guide customers through the sales process, including financing options, trade-ins, and delivery timelines
  • Be a trusted advisor to customers, answering any questions they may have and addressing any concerns or objections they may raise
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience that exceeds their expectations, building a long-term relationship with them
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the Tesla team to ensure a seamless customer experience

General duties:  

  • Operate with a flexible mindset to support sales and delivery needs across the team  
  • Ensure that customer details and all actions are accurately tracked and updated in our internal systems 
  • Execute on and share best practices with and across your Tesla location 
  • Educate customers on the full Tesla ecosystem and all available solutions available to meet their needs  
  • In respect to Tesla’s processes, timely execute on sales administrative duties including contract completion, finance, and work in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders to get it done  
  • Manage any additional duties to support wider business requirements
