Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our Sales Operations team. The Operations Manager will be responsible for creating and managing sales quotas, territory alignments, and forecasting accuracy and managing a team of high performing analysts. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales operations, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have excellent leadership and communication skills.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement sales quota strategies that align with the overall sales and business goals.
  • Create and maintain accurate sales quotas for the sales organization.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations to sales leaders.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to understand business objectives and adjust quotas accordingly.
  • Develop and maintain territory alignments that support sales and business goals.
  • Conduct regular sales forecasting and reporting.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to sales leaders and management on performance, trends, and opportunities.
  • Stay up to date on industry and market trends to inform quota and forecasting decisions.
  • Build, manage and mentor a team of Quota Analysts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and Total Rewards, to support business objectives.

 

What You Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in quota management and sales operations, with 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Ability to manage the stress of a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to meet the in-person requirements of the team and/or business needs.
