Job Description & Summary

PwC Poland’s Data Analytics is a team of creative people focused on development in the field of DATA in its broadest sense. Our area of interest includes machine learning, MLOps, Data Engineering and everything related to data. We carry out projects related to ML, forecasting and, last but not least, Explainable AI. We support clients in a number of industries: banking, insurance, retail, and location: Europe, the US, South America and Asia.

We are looking for:

Senior Data Science Business Consultant

Your future role:

• Employ advanced analytics methodologies to address business challenges, optimizing predictive and prescriptive analytics to drive strategic decisions,

• Gather and interpret business requirements to align data-driven solutions with strategic goals,

• Develop, train, and validate machine learning models to forecast trends and behaviors,

• Present analytical insights to stakeholders and clients using layman’s terms to facilitate informed decision-making,

• Develop comprehensive reports and visualizations that underscore critical data points, facilitating robust risk management and process optimization,

• Lead initiatives such as proposal drafting, proof-of-concept creation, and feasibility studies for new product development and market expansion.

Apply, if you have: 

• Professional experience delivering and implementing data and AI solutions,

• Analytical skills with the ability to collect and analyze large datasets and draw appropriate conclusions (using e.g. Python, R, SQL),

• Experience with visualization technologies such as Power BI\Tableau and ETL, ELT and data querying (e.g. SQL),

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to solve complex problems,

• Fluent communication in Polish and English.
