As a Senior Equity & Financial Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role at the intersection of equity compensation and SEC reporting, gaining exposure to a variety of high-impact financial matters. In this dynamic role, you will take ownership of ensuring the accurate and timely reconciliation of equity compensation transactions—including Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) activity, Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) vesting, and stock option exercises. Additionally, you will provide critical SEC accounting support and contribute to key financial reporting and analysis, helping drive transparency and compliance at a high-growth company.
Ensure accurate reconciliation of Restricted Stock vesting, stock option exercises, and ESPP contributions.
Prepare and review equity-related reports to support month-end and quarter-end close.
Oversee wire reconciliations for stock purchases and equity transactions.
Maintain documentation and assist with audits to support SOX compliance.
Contribute to special projects focused on equity compensation, financial reporting, and process automation.
Identify and implement process improvements for reconciliation workflows.
Assist in drafting SEC filings, including 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K reports.
Support equity-based compensation plans through journal entries and forecasts.
Strengthen internal controls and coordinate with auditors to address requests.
Provide analytical support for special projects and ad hoc reporting.
At least 3 years of experience in a Financial Analyst, Equity Compensation Analyst, or similar role, with a bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
Advanced Excel skills, including experience building models and using macros.
A track record of identifying inefficiencies and improving or creating processes to drive results.
A highly analytical and adaptable mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 84,600.00 USD - 105,800.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
