Job Description

foodpanda, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is a leading local delivery platform operating in over 70 countries. This role focuses on serving as the primary point of contact for vendors, building and maintaining strong relationships, and managing business metrics. The position involves developing strategies for vendor growth and retention, overseeing account management including contract negotiations, and maximizing revenue opportunities. Key responsibilities include tracking and analyzing performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive revenue growth, as well as expanding relationships with existing vendors by offering tailored solutions.
Must have:

Job Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all vendor-related matters.

• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with vendors, managing all business metrics.

• Develop and implement strategies focused on vendor growth and retention.

• Oversee vendor account management, including contract negotiations and revenue maximization opportunities.

• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate account performance, identify improvement areas, and drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.

• Expand relationships with existing vendors by offering solutions aligned with their 

Qualifications

  • Experience of 2 to 3 year(s) in relevant field
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Partner, Relationship Management, Corporate Sales, Marketing, Telemarketing, Project management
  • Takes initiative and demonstrates a strong sense of ownership over tasks.
  • Comfortable handling changing priorities and working with diverse teams.
