Job Description

Tesla seeks a Store Manager in Wroclaw, Poland to lead sales and delivery operations. Responsibilities include driving business performance, managing KPIs, coaching and developing a sales & delivery team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and leading through change. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, proven retail sales management experience, expertise in performance management, an entrepreneurial mindset, and excellent communication skills.   • Champion your team: As Store Manager you have the overall responsibility for the whole Store. You will lead, build, and develop our brilliant Sales & Delivery team. You recognize potential and are committed to continuously growing your people
  • Inspire first-class customer experiences: With a profound understanding of what a great customer journey looks like, you support the team in delivering excellence. You take on escalated customer cases and monitor trends to continuously improve our service
  • Lead through change: Tesla is an ever-changing, always fast-paced environment. We will challenge your ability as a leader every day, to support your team and deliver great results, no matter the change
What You’ll Bring
  • A strong people leader, with proven background managing teams within Retail Sales and operations. You engage, energize, and promote an inclusive team environment
  • Knowledgeable performance management – you have in-depth knowledge of sales processes and leverage this to coach your team. You are experienced in managing performance on a team and individual level
  • Entrepreneurial and analytical mindset with great understanding of the local market
  • Operational and strategic in your leadership, while always remaining hands-on
  • Experienced within change management, with the proven ability to lead and engage people through and beyond change
  • Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully. Fluent in English and Polish
  • A valid Driver’s license
