Publishing Manager

About the Role & Team

You will manage publishing business and product development with licensees in selected markets.

This role will require you to be onsite 4 days a week in our Warsaw office, with one day working from home.

What You Will Do

• Develop and manage Disney Publishing business and portfolio

• Build relationships with business partners in CEE and CIS

• Implement new business initiatives based on market analysis

• Administer licensing contracts and manage licensee performance

• Collaborate with regional and global offices to ensure brand integrity

• Work closely with the Publishing Head for CEE and CIS
   

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Extensive experience in product/brand management; publishing industry and/or licensing business experience preferred

• Degree in business or related field

• Experience in marketing and/or in licensing business

• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Strong relationship-building and analytical skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives

• Creative skills for portfolio development
