Job Description

The Google Agency team drives incremental business growth through full-service, creative, and media agency partners. This role focuses on growing relationships with traditional and digital agencies, driving growth through agency-managed accounts with brand and performance opportunities. Responsibilities include collaborating with agencies to extend relationships, increase the customer and agency base, and optimize advertising investment; delivering against new and existing business goals; building data-motivated agency plans; acting as a trusted thought partner for executives and account teams; analyzing data trends; and developing business plans and presentations. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in advertising, marketing, digital, partnerships, or agencies, fluent in English and Cantonese, and experience working with C-level executives.

  • Presentation and communication skills
Good to have:
  • Experience in advertising business, digital marketing, consulting, brand marketing, or in a media agency environment
  • Experience in improving business relationships and developing new business opportunities
  • Ability to think about issues and to develop recommendations and action plans
  • Ability to lead and manage multiple projects with internal and external constituents
  • Ability to establish relationships and presence with performance agencies or traditional media agencies

Job Details

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in advertising, marketing, digital, partnerships, advertisement technologies or agencies.
  • Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Cantonese fluently in order to support the client and partnership management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in advertising business, digital marketing, consulting, brand marketing, or in a media agency environment.
  • Experience in improving business relationships and developing new business opportunities.
  • Ability to think about issues and to develop recommendations and action plans.

The Google Agency team is responsible for driving incremental business growth by full-service, creative and media agency partners.

In this role, you will focus on growing relationships with managed traditional media and digital agencies and drive growth through agency-managed accounts with brand and performance opportunities. You will provide the highest level of customer service to our agency partners. You will develop Google solutions to drive business growth for opportunity customers and then with Account team and implement campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate and consult with agencies with the goal of extending relationships, increasing our customer and agency base and optimizing their advertising investment.
  • Deliver against goals on new and existing business, while prioritizing and delivering an excellent business experience to Google's managed agency partners.
  • Build compelling, data-motivated agency plans leveraging market insights and research. Synchronize agency plans with our agency pod and internal cross-functional teams to further develop agencies.
  • Be an ongoing trusted thought partner for executive C/B-level down to specific account teams, including Media Planners and Buyers on initiatives and agency-level planning.
  • Analyze data trends and customer performance, develop business plans, and prepare and conduct pitches and business presentations.
