As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Rush Street Interactive, you'll support the recruitment process by managing candidate scheduling, utilizing Greenhouse ATS, and sourcing talent. Responsibilities include maintaining Greenhouse, updating job postings, generating reports, coordinating interviews across multiple time zones, sourcing candidates through various channels, ensuring a positive candidate experience, drafting job descriptions, and assisting with onboarding and recruiting events. The ideal candidate has experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or HR Assistant, preferably in a tech environment, and is proficient in ATS systems (especially Greenhouse). Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills are crucial. The role requires collaboration with recruiters, hiring managers, and the People Operations team.

As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our recruitment process by managing candidate scheduling, working with our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse), and sourcing top talent. You'll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a seamless hiring process from start to finish. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • ATS Management (Greenhouse): 
    • Maintain and optimize our use of Greenhouse to ensure smooth workflows.
    • Update job postings, track candidate progress, and ensure data integrity in the system.
    • Generate reports and dashboards to monitor key recruitment metrics. 
  • Interview Scheduling: 
    • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams across multiple time zones, we are global after all.
    • Communicate clearly with candidates to ensure they are well-prepared for interviews.
    • Manage calendar invites, virtual meeting links, and any other logistics to facilitate a smooth interview process. 
  • Candidate Sourcing: 
    • Partner with recruiters to source candidates for various roles, focusing on technical and non-technical positions.
    • Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels to identify potential candidates.
    • Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs. 
  • Candidate Experience: 
    • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from application through the hiring decision.
    • Act as a point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and feedback throughout the process. 
  • Recruitment Support: 
    • Assist with drafting job descriptions and posting roles across various platforms.
    • Collaborate with People Operations team and hiring managers to support onboarding when needed.
    • Assist in organizing and participating in recruiting events, job fairs, and other talent acquisition activities. 

Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, HR Assistant, or similar role, preferably in a tech environment. 
  • Familiarity with ATS systems, particularly Greenhouse. 
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering a great candidate experience. 

Bonus Points: 

  • Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, or other recruiting tools. 
  • Prior experience with scheduling across multiple time zones. 
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting.
