The Talent Acquisition Intern will participate in recruiting for all positions as required. They will be responsible for recruitment communication, posting job postings, attracting potential candidates, interviewing and screening candidates via phone, setting up face-to-face interviews. They will also participate in supporting the onboarding process for new employees. Other responsibilities include researching, contributing ideas, and working with the department to implement candidate sourcing projects, participating in building the employer brand, managing data, and updating work reports.
