Job Description

Sword Health is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the company's growth by helping to support hiring of exceptional talent for the US market. This role involves reviewing applicants, identifying suitable candidates for hiring managers, working closely with business leaders to deliver quality assessment, scheduling candidates, and maintaining accurate documentation in the applicant tracking system. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to the company's success by attracting top talent and being part of a mission-driven environment. The company is in a phase of hyper growth and expansion.
Must have:
  • 2-5 years of recruiting experience.
  • Experience hiring technical talent preferred.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working within an ATS.
  • Strong verbal and written English skills.

Sword is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our company's growth. In this role, you will be responsible for helping to support hiring of exceptional talent for our US market. What you'll be doing:

    • Review applicants and identify the best talent for hiring managers to screen and interview;
    • Work closely with business leaders and the Talent team to influence and deliver quality assessment and a high touch experience through all aspects of the recruitment funnel;
    • Schedule candidates throughout the interview process, providing a best in class interview experience;
    • While not the primary focus, on occasion, you will source and identify passive talent and maintain consistent high-volume, quality, and diverse pipeline;
    • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation within our applicant tracking system (Lever).

What you need to have:

    • 2-5 years of recruiting experience;
    • Experience hiring technical talent highly preferred, ideally in a fast-paced environment;
    • You're comfortable with ambiguity and have a problem-solver mindset;
    • Experience working within an ATS;
    • Strong verbal and written English skills.

Base: €16,100 - €25,300
Variable: €805 - €1,265
Net equity value per year: €4,723 - 7,422

These compensation bands are just the starting point. Once someone joins and proves they’re outlier talent, we adjust quickly to ensure their compensation aligns with their impact.

Our job titles may span more than one career level. Actual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, location, market demand, and other factors. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary and any potential variable, bonus or sales incentives, and the Company’s estimation of the value of private company stock options, if applicable. The pay range is subject to change, future value of company stock options is not guaranteed, and compensation may be modified in the future.
