Job Description

Zscaler is seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Manager to join their Sales and Go-to-Market team. Reporting to the Regional Vice President, the manager will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, and developing sales talent, coaching the team to exceed targets, and understanding customer pain points to offer Zscaler's unique value proposition. The role involves acting as the business general manager, creating success plans, accurately forecasting, and serving as an executive sponsor for key partners to generate pipeline and drive opportunities to closure. The manager will also foster a culture that embraces diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I).
Must have:
  • 8+ years of full-cycle sales experience in software or security
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Progressive selling experience engaging with accounts
  • C-Level engagement
Good to have:
  • Established network of customer relationships
  • Understanding of customer goals and technology facilitation
  • Proficiency in strategic sales planning
  • Experience closing net new logos

We're looking for an experienced Commercial Sales Manager to join our Sales and Go-to-Market team. Reporting to the Regional Vice President, you will responsible for:

  • Recruiting, hiring and developing world-class sales talent, building development plans for each sales rep, and coaching and motivating sales team to overachieve on targets
  • Understanding and solving customer pain points through Zscaler's unique value proposition
  • Being the GM of your business and creating a plan for success, and accurately forecasting business monthly/quarterly/yearly
  • Acting as executive sponsor for key partners to create joint plans, generate pipeline and drive opportunities to closure
  • Fostering a culture which embraces DE&I

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 8+ years of full-cycle sales experience within software or security industry
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Progressive selling experience engaging with accounts and selling at C-Level

  • An established network of relationships with current and prospective customers
  • Understanding of the bigger picture and customer goals, and how technology can facilitate them
  • Proficiency in strategic sales planning with experience closing net new logos
