This role involves executing the Talent Development and Acquisition strategy to hire the best talent and develop existing employees. The advisor will partner with talent acquisition and development teams, HR, and business colleagues. Key responsibilities include attracting, engaging, and selecting candidates, managing the recruitment process, developing candidate pipelines, and managing Talent Development activities. The advisor will analyze talent data, create presentations, design and organize upskilling programs, and master the dentsu Talent Rhythm. They will use multiple recruiting sources to identify and engage candidates, and extend offers. They will also be responsible for developing and maintaining candidate pipelines for core roles within assigned business units.
Must have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Passionate about Human Resources
  • Enthusiastic and willing to improve attitude
  • Data-driven and Analytical approach
  • Good understanding of the reasons why
  • Good knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Good knowledge of Office package

Job Description:

We’re looking for a Talent and Talent Acquisition Advisor for our HR office in Milan by fixed-term contract (maternity cover) 

The purpose of this role is to execute the defined Talent Development and Acquisition strategy and process to hire the very best talent into the organization, and help dentsu in developing the Talented employees already part of the company. This role partners closely with others on both the talent Acquisition and Development areas, with HR Business Facing teams and business colleagues. 

Talent Acquisition: To attract, engage, and select qualified candidates in line with agreed upon talent plans and timelines. This role may be focused on external talent mapping and benchmarking, diversity & inclusion, external sourcing, interviewing, candidate management and negotiation, and employment branding.  

Talent Development: To Develop, Value and Empower internal employees following our Talent Rhythm, following both Regional and Cluster processes and initiatives. This role will be the engine of Talent Development with a strong impact on the excellence of the execution, processing valuable Talent insights for the business, and generating positive consensus engaging key-stakeholders on Talent initiatives, and “reason-why”. 

 

Main activities and responsibilities: 

Talent Acquisition 

  • Develops and maintains a strong candidate pipeline for core roles within assigned business unit, and ability to help in other areas as needed 

  • Leverages multiple recruiting sources and techniques to identify and engage a diverse pool of active and passive candidates, including LinkedIn , search engines, niche job boards, social media, user groups, and blogs 

  • Manages multiple requisitions at a given time with potential to take on more as business needs dictate 

  • Reviews candidate profiles, screens resumes, and updates candidate status in our applicant tracking system (ATS) 

  • Conducts a thorough prescreen of all prospects prior to presenting to hiring manager for consideration 

  • Coordinates closely with hiring teams and HR Business Partners to shepherd candidates through the process 

  • Extends offers to candidates, coordinating closely with career advocates and hiring managers 

 

Talent Development 

  • Analyses Talent Data to get Talent insights, useful for business-people 

  • Elaborates engaging presentations to explain insights and information, getting stakeholders onboard projects/processes 

  •  Designs, Organize and Deploy upskilling programs and opportunities 

  • Lights-up specific communities related to specific programs 

  • Becomes a dentsu University Master, identifying and creating valuable learning paths according defined upskilling needs. 

  • Masters all initiatives and steps of the dentsu Talent Rhythm. 

 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management / Human Resources Learning & Development, or related (essential) 

  • Ideally 2+ years of experience in a similar role  

  • Passionate about the world of HRM 

  • Enthusiastic and willing to improve attitude 

  • Data-driven and Analytical approach 

  • Good attitude in understanding the “reasons-why of the things” 

  • Good knowledge of Linkedin Recruiter is a must 

  • Good knowledge of the Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook is a must), LinkedIn Recruiter and any Apps/Software/Online-software to manage interaction during class-rooms 

  • Very Good knowledge of English language
