Haleon is a new global consumer healthcare company focused on improving everyday health. The Sensodyne Trade Marketing Manager will assist in building the Sensodyne NKA and O2O account strategy and provide executional input from a trade marketing perspective. This role involves developing the NKA & O2O trade marketing 4P plan to achieve sales targets, optimizing investments, and managing budgets. The manager will ensure sales plans and forecasts align with resource funding, monitor plan implementation, track results, and analyze promotion outcomes to provide future suggestions. Collaboration with key account sales teams and regional execution teams is crucial for ensuring plan execution. Responsibilities also include tracking sales performance (sell-in, sell-out, off-take) by account monthly and assisting in sales forecasting and internal operation processes. You are responsible for:

1.         Assist to build Sensodyne NKA and O2O account strategy and provide executional input from trade marketing POV

2.         Develop NKA & O2O trade marketing 4P plan to deliver sales target

3.         Optimize NKA & O2O investment and well manage budget including channel funding and promotion funding

4.         Ensure NKA/O2O sales plan and forecast is in line with resource funding

5.         Monitor plan implementation progress and tracking result

6.         Analyze promotion or project-based result and provide insightful future suggestion

7.         Closely work and communicate with key account sales team and regional execution sales team to ensure plan execution

8.         Tracking sales performance including sell-in, sell-out and off-take by account at monthly basis

9.         Assist to precise 3 months rolling sales forecast base on NKA/O2O trade marketing plan 

10.       Assist to complete related internal operation and approval process
