About the Program:

We are offering 20 exclusive Train-to-Hire positions within our high-impact AI BOTS Division. Selected candidates will undergo intensive 2–3 months training under the mentorship of our AI experts. Upon successful completion, candidates will be onboarded into full-time roles with CTC ranging between ₹2.8 LPA to ₹5.5 LPA, strictly based on training performance and technical evaluations.

Eligibility Criteria:

• B.Tech/B.E./MCA or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
• Strong foundational knowledge in Python.
• Exposure or basic understanding of:
  • MLOps principles and pipeline orchestration.
  • Prompt Engineering for LLMs and Generative AI tools.

   

• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn rapidly.
