This 12-week summer internship (late May/mid-June start) offers two tracks: Production and Project Management. Production interns support real-time game development, coordinating with various teams (Producers, Artists, Engineers, etc.), tracking tasks, documenting decisions, and managing assets. Project Management interns organize and coordinate team projects, championing feature development, tracking progress, and ensuring on-time delivery. Both roles require strong communication, problem-solving skills, and familiarity with project management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile/Scrum). Interns will receive a meaningful project, mentorship, and participate in learning & development events. Relocation services and a living stipend are provided.

Production & Project Management Internship

Internship Opportunities 

All internships will be conducted in-person. Hosting managers will determine when and how often interns work in the office Monday-Friday (relocation services and living stipend provided to all interns).  

Potential internship location(s): Sherman Oaks, CA; Middleton, WI 

Production Internship: join one of our production teams as they support our games in real time. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who enjoys problem solving and fast paced environments. In this role you’ll coordinate with Producers, Artists, Engineers, Designers, and members of QA. Additionally, you’ll assist in tracking of tasks, document decisions, and assist the production team with administrative requests, archive game assets in a centralized system. 

  • In depth experience with project management showcased through school projects on previous employment  
  • Knowledge of Excel and Jira or other project management software 
  • Experience leading a development project  
  • You are familiar with Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies, specifically Scrum. 
  • You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to work closely with many internal and external groups. 
  • You are passionate about video game development  

Project Management Intern: We are looking for a project management intern to organize and coordinate team projects with one of our core teams. As a Project Manager, you will act as a champion for the features your team develops and help to keep them on track towards delivery.   

  • Understanding of project planning concepts, including waterfall, agile / scrum. 
  • Basic knowledge of planning and tracking tools such Smartsheets, Project, JIRA, Confluence. 
  • Skills for breaking down complex problems into manageable tasks. 
  • Ability to work with multiple collaborators, understand and document requirements, and track and report progress across projects. 
  • Keep leadership and partners apprised of status. 
  • In partnership with your team, leverage creativity and problem-solving to iterate on development processes. 
  • Create transparency, predictability, and consistency within your team.

All interns will have the option to opt into relocation services (flights, trains, or car mileage reimbursement). Additionally, all interns will be provided with a living stipend to supplement housing, utility, commuting, and miscellaneous costs.
