Job Description

This Account Manager role focuses on growing Google Ads business across Search, YouTube, and Display campaigns for key clients. Responsibilities include supporting campaign performance, identifying business opportunities (e.g., promoting against TV and social media), managing client relationships, understanding business challenges, and overseeing media planning. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Italian and English, possess strong communication and analytical skills, and have experience in advertising, sales, or marketing. The role involves working with large clients to develop and execute digital advertising strategies, optimizing campaigns, and ensuring client satisfaction. A deep understanding of digital marketing and advertising is essential.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years in advertising/sales/marketing
  • Fluency in Italian and English
  • Grow Google Ads business
  • Manage client relationships
  • Media planning & campaign optimization
Good to have:
  • Master's degree in business
  • Experience in a changing organization
  • Digital marketing campaign management

Job Details

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in an advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
  • Ability to communicate in Italian and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a business related field.
  • 2 years of experience working in a changing organization.
  • 1 year of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns, projects, and relationships with customers or agencies.

We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Grow Google Ads business for Search, YouTube, and Display campaigns.
  • Support campaign performance for a portfolio of key Customers. 
  • Find business opportunities from promoting versus TV and Social Media. 
  • Manage trusted relationships with clients and develop an understanding of their business challenges.
  • Own medial planning and support the agency for implementation and optimization.
