Job Description

As an Administrative Business Partner at Google, you'll be a crucial part of the Marketing team's operations, anticipating needs and resolving issues proactively. You'll manage executive calendars, schedule travel, handle expenses, plan events (both digital and in-person), and manage budgets. You'll collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams and executives, requiring strong communication and business judgment. The role demands proficiency in Google Workspace and requires fluency in English and Korean for seamless communication with stakeholders. You will contribute to a positive team environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality. Your responsibilities include executing administrative tasks, planning team events, participating in organizational activities, and helping define new operational strategies.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of executive support experience
  • Fluency in English and Korean
  • Calendar management, travel scheduling, event planning
  • Budget management, meeting minutes
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
Good to have:
  • Experience supporting executive management
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience working with executives or supporting teams on the administrative tasks.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently to collaborate with stakeholders and complete tasks and organize events.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in an administrative role supporting executive management, including calendar management, event planning, project coordination, travel scheduling and booking, budgeting, and taking meeting minutes.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality on all business matters.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate across a diverse range of people and job functions.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse community.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Establish trust and partnership with cross-functional teams and executives of the organization.
  • Execute administrative tasks (e.g., calendar management, travel scheduling, executive expense management, event and budget management).
  • Plan, manage and execute team events (e.g., digital and in person), all hands, leadership forums and other celebrations and milestones.
  • Participate as part of the organizing committee in administrative community activities within the organization or office.
  • Build responsiveness into existing operations and help define new operational strategies with the executives and the teams they manage.
