AI Program Manager/Lead

Job Description

Project delivery expert ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery of agentic AI initiatives while managing risks, resources, and stakeholder expectations in probabilistic environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage AI project lifecycles from conception to deployment
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and dependencies
• Handle non-deterministic AI behavior and outcomes
• Facilitate agile ceremonies adapted for AI workflows
• Ensure compliance with AI regulations and ethics
• Manage stakeholder expectations around AI capabilities
• Implement governance and risk management frameworks

Technical Skills Required

• Understanding of ML algorithms and data science workflows
• Agile/Scrum methodologies adapted for AI
• Project management tools: Azure DevOps, Jira
• AI literacy: model evaluation, CRISP-DM methodology
• Risk management for AI-specific challenges
• Stakeholder communication and translation
• Basic understanding of MLOps platforms

Experience Level

5+ years project management

2+ years AI/ML projects

PMP, Scrum Master certifications

AI/ML training preferred
