Design expert responsible for creating end-to-end solution architectures that integrate agentic AI with enterprise systems and complex business processes.
This role involves leading the conceptualization, design, and implementation of advanced AI-driven systems that interact autonomously across multiple functions and platforms within an enterprise setting. The architect will bridge business needs with technical execution, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
Develop AI systems that can act autonomously (agentic), make decisions, and execute complex tasks across enterprise applications. These solutions should handle dynamic workflows, contextual awareness, and decision-making capabilities.
Plan and architect seamless integration with legacy systems, ERPs, CRMs, databases, APIs, and modern platforms to ensure smooth data and workflow orchestration.
Establish the protocols, logic, and infrastructure for multiple AI agents to collaborate, coordinate, and share context efficiently and securely across systems.
Implement architectural principles to enforce enterprise-grade security, compliance, data privacy, role-based access, and auditability throughout the AI lifecycle.
Evaluate emerging technologies and platforms in the agentic AI and integration space. Provide strategic recommendations that align with business goals and technology trends.
Produce detailed architecture blueprints, solution documentation, data flow diagrams, and standard operating procedures to ensure alignment across engineering and business teams.
Collaborate with sales and solutioning teams to present technical architectures, answer client queries, and customize solutions to client needs during RFPs, PoCs, and workshops.
In-depth understanding of synchronous/asynchronous messaging, service buses, event-driven architecture, and orchestration/mediation patterns.
Hands-on experience designing and implementing solutions using agentic frameworks that allow for multi-agent coordination and reasoning.
Proficiency in working with vector stores (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models for contextual grounding of LLMs.
Experience designing AI systems on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) with capabilities for hybrid deployments across on-prem and cloud environments.
Ability to align solution architecture with business and enterprise architecture using methodologies such as TOGAF or similar standards.
Strong knowledge in designing RESTful, GraphQL, and gRPC APIs, and applying microservices architecture principles for scalability and modularity.
Understanding of enterprise-grade security requirements, including encryption, identity and access management (IAM), SOC2/GDPR compliance, and secure AI pipeline design.
Proven experience architecting large-scale technology solutions, preferably in complex enterprise environments across various industries.
Hands-on experience in designing, deploying, and scaling AI/ML models, with a focus on agent-based systems or LLM orchestration.
Experience working within enterprise IT environments involving cross-functional teams, regulatory constraints, and large-scale data systems.
Consistently deliver high-quality, scalable architectures for at least 10 major enterprise initiatives or clients per year.
Maintain strong client relationships with measurable satisfaction scores and successful delivery feedback.
Streamline system integrations using reusable modules and standardized patterns to simplify architecture and lower maintenance costs.
Build libraries, templates, and design artifacts that can be reused across projects to improve time-to-delivery and consistency.
Contribute to business growth by enabling faster solution cycles, supporting deal closures through architecture leadership, and aligning designs with client value outcomes.
No egos here. Just a shared drive to roll up our sleeves and make great things happen. Every project--big or small, gets our full energy because we believe in doing things right. Every single time. It's how we deliver real results without cutting corners.
We are real and authentic – with each other and in our work. Honest, direct communication builds the trust we need to collaborate, grow, and make meaningful things together. It’s not always easy but it’s always worth it.
We bring heart to everything we make. Passion, pride and relentless drive push us beyond “good enough” ––because we care deeply about our craft, and we’re always chasing better. We love what we do, and it shows.
Creating a space where everyone feels valued--even when opinions differ, makes this a supportive and inclusive environment for our people. We embrace our differences, celebrate our wins together, and never lose our sense of humor.
Curiosity keeps us hungry. We question, experiment, and always seek out what's next. We never settle, and we never stop learning.
