About the Organization/Team・組織/チームについて

The assigned organization is primarily advancing projects related to a next-generation core banking system. Our in-house engineers take the lead in planning, designing, and even coding the core banking system and business logic from scratch. As it's a new organization, you can collectively help create the development rules and environment.
※ After joining the company, you are expected to be seconded to PayPay Bank as a member of the above project.

配属先組織は、次世代型コアバンキングシステムに関わるプロジェクトをメインに進めています。
自社エンジニアが中心となって、コアバンキングシステムと業務ロジックを1から企画・設計、さらにコーディングまで行います。新しい組織なため自分たちで開発ルールや環境を一緒に作り出すことができます。
※入社後に上記プロジェクトメンバーとしてPayPay銀行への出向を予定しています。

Job Responsibilities・具体的な業務内容

• Development and operation of backend applications related to the new core banking system
• Designing and developing for both performance and stability to maintain high reliability as a financial platform
• Understanding and implementing how to utilize infrastructure to solve system challenges
• Designing architecture based on application requirements and selecting middleware, etc.
• Performance tuning, monitoring settings, and alert response for microservices
• 新コアバンキングシステムに関連するバックエンドアプリケーションの開発と運用
• 金融プラットフォームとして高信頼性を維持するための性能と安定性を両立する設計と開発
• システム課題を解決するためのインフラストラクチャの活用方法を理解し実装する
• アプリケーション要件に基づいたアーキテクチャの設計、ミドルウェアなどの選定
• マイクロサービスのパフォーマンスチューニング、モニタリング設定、アラート対応

Application development for new services and improvements to existing services:
・Account opening linked with LINE, inquiry chat
・PayPay mini-app integration
・Expansion of cardless ATM usage
・Improvement of account opening processes
・Improvement of various loan services, etc.

新サービスから既存サービスの改善におけるアプリケーション開発を行います。
・LINE連携した口座開設、問い合わせチャット
・PayPayミニアプリ連携
・カードレスATMの利用拡大
・口座開設処理の改善
・各種ローンサービスの改善　など

Required Experience/Skills・必要な経験/スキル

• 3-5 years of backend development experience
• Practical experience in C or Java. Excellent skills in other common programming languages
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and the basics of object-oriented programming
• Schema design in DB (RDB, NoSQL, etc.) and efficient query creation
• Experience in web application development and tuning, and development with security considerations
  
  
• 3~5年のバックエンド開発経験
• C、または、Javaの実務経験。その他一般的なプログラミング言語の優れたスキル
• データ構造、アルゴリズム、オブジェクト思考プログラミングの基礎を理解していること
• DB（RDB、NoSQL など）におけるスキーマ設計、効率的なクエリ作成
• Webアプリケーション開発・チューニング経験、セキュリティを考慮した開発

Desired Experience/Skills・あると望ましい経験/スキル

• Development experience in the financial industry
• Experience implementing platform components such as RESTful API, Pub/Sub systems, database clients
• Development experience using AWS services
• Experience in system design, developing applications/web products handling large transactions, and applications/web products requiring scalability
• Development experience in both C and Java
• Experience with microservices

• Super Flex Time (No Core Time)
• In principle, 9:00am-5:45pm + 1h break (actual working hours: 7h45m + 1h break)

Paid leave

• Annual leave (up to 14 days in the first year, granted proportionally according to the month of employment. Can be used from the date of hire)

Salary

• Annual salary paid in 12 installments (monthly)

勤務時間

• スーパーフレックス制（コアタイム無し）
• 原則：午前9時～午後5時45分（実働7時間45分＋休憩時間 1時間）

休日

• 土日祝日、年末年始および会社指定日

• 年次有給休暇(初年度14日間、入社月に応じて按分付与。入社日から使用可）
