The Benefits Partner will be responsible for designing and implementing best-in-class benefits delivery solutions across EMEA. Responsibilities include managing vendor relationships (insurance brokers and carriers), designing and implementing benefits communication plans (educational materials, presentations, workshops), and continually evaluating current practices for improvement. The role requires collaboration with EMEA Payroll, HR Partnering, regional People Services teams, external brokers, and consultants to design and implement benefit programs. The Benefits Partner will serve as a point of contact for escalations, striving for prompt resolution. Exceptional service to stakeholders is key, along with assisting Benefits Ops teams with new program implementation and reporting/dashboard creation. The role involves presenting recommendations and influencing stakeholders through data analysis. Occasional business travel may be required.
