As a Business Operations Analyst at Varonis, you'll support revenue business units by improving productivity, solving problems, and creating value. You'll collaborate with sales leadership to measure, analyze, and resolve issues impacting sales performance. Responsibilities include conducting operational and strategic productivity analyses, identifying sales workflow bottlenecks and recommending improvements, supporting the development and implementation of sales strategies and compensation plans, partnering with cross-functional teams, and supporting revenue growth initiatives. You'll create presentations, build dashboards and reports to track key metrics, provide sales rep training, optimize CRM functionality, and maintain data accuracy. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and advanced Excel.
