This role will focus on developing winning proposals in collaboration with subject matter experts (SME) across the company. The ideal candidate has exceptional writing skills, experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, and a proven ability to create compelling, well-written proposals tailored to client needs.

What You'll Do

• Develop clear, concise, and persuasive proposal content that addresses client needs and complies with all request for proposal (RFP) requirements.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SME), sales, business development, and other teams to gather information and tailor proposals to specific clients.
• Ensure proposals are compliant, well-written, and edited to the highest quality.
• Conduct quality control checks and ensure proposals are free from errors or inconsistencies.
• Maintain proposal templates and libraries for future use.
• Continuously improve proposal writing processes and templates for efficiency and quality.
   

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in proposal writing, editing, and management, preferably in the lottery industry, or a related technology/software industry (5+ years preferred).
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information and customer communications.
   

Company Summary

Please note that recruitment and work assignments will be handled by Aristocrat, however, this role will be hired through our trusted third-party Professional Employer Organization (PEO). The PEO will handle payroll, benefits, and HR administration, ensuring a seamless employment experience.
