Clinical Product Specialist – Immersive Healthcare Training

You will also play a key role in curating clinical content, providing internal product clinical validation, refining training and onboarding processes, and delivering expert-level demonstrations both virtually and in person.

Responsibilities
- Obsess and champion the use of Lumeto’s immersive learning platform by maintaining expert-level knowledge of its features, functionality, and AI-driven capabilities.
- Develop, maintain, and refine a growing library of validated, high-impact clinical learning experiences, ensuring alignment with best practices in adult education.
- Provide clinical validation and oversight for simulation scenarios, product features, and curriculum integration.
- Actively contribute to the research and development of innovative clinical content, leveraging VR and AI to enhance training effectiveness.
- Support product demonstrations and training sessions, serving as a trusted clinical ambassador at customer sites, trade shows, and industry events.
- Continuously optimize onboarding and training materials, ensuring they remain current, effective, and user-friendly.
- Collaborate with customers to support product deployment, including IT coordination, device setup, and troubleshooting.
- Gather, analyze, and communicate customer feedback to inform the product roadmap and enhance user experience.
- Work cross-functionally with product, research, and customer success teams to push the boundaries of simulation-based learning and AI-driven healthcare education.
Essential Experience & Qualifications
- Clinical experience with direct patient care in a variety of settings.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and their application in clinical education.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and support technology-based solutions, both remotely and in person.
- Comfort and confidence in public speaking, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada and travel to the United States.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time for customer engagements, training sessions, and industry events.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, actively contributing ideas and process improvements.
- A curious and adaptable mindset, with a passion for learning and applying new technologies in healthcare training.
Useful Skills & Experience
- Experience in simulation-based education (e.g., clinical simulation centers, VR-based training, or medical education programs).
- Previous experience in product training, curriculum development, or technical support, ideally in a SaaS-based or health tech organization.
- Knowledge of VR, AI, and emerging healthcare training technologies, with an enthusiasm for innovation.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience with leading projects
