Job Description
Dun & Bradstreet is seeking a Data Science Manager to lead their analytics team for mainland China and Hong Kong. This role involves overseeing standard score initiatives from development to implementation, providing analytics support for local sales teams, and managing/mentoring data scientists. The manager will act as a liaison between various departments and lead the creation of local standard analytics scores and client analytical products. The ideal candidate will have a Master's or PhD in a quantitative field, 10+ years of experience in analytics project management with at least 3 years in managing complex initiatives, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and experience leading analytics teams in fast-paced environments. Deep understanding of credit risk modeling, ML and GenAI algorithms, and commercialization strategies is required. Fluency in both Chinese and English is essential.
Must have:

Essential Key Responsibilities
As the local leader of D&B analytics team for mainland China and Hong Kong, this position
· lead end-to-end all D&B China standard score initiatives, from development to implementation, ensuring seamless integration into product pipelines and local/global platforms
· Responsible for all analytics supports for local China sales teams, through working closely with both internal teams as well as outside clients
· Manage and mentor a group of data scientists, building a culture of ownership, agility, and continuous learning
· Act as a key liaison between Sales, Product, Technology, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure alignment and execution across functions
· Lead the efforts to build and maintain all D&B China local standard analytics scores
· Lead the efforts to build and maintain all client analytical products
Essential Skills and Qualifications
· Master’s or PhD degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Operations Research or a related field
· 10+ years of experience in analytics project management with a minimum of 3 years in managing the planning and execution of complex analytics initiatives. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive storytelling skills
· Proven experience leading analytics team in a matrixed, fast-paced organization. Passion for automation, innovation, and driving scalable business impact through analytics
· Deep understanding of credit risk modeling, ML and GenAI algorithms, and commercialization strategies
