This role within the Digital Marketing Team focuses on end-to-end campaign conceptualization, execution, and performance reporting across multiple paid and owned channels. The primary objective is to drive user acquisition and revenue at a positive ROI. Responsibilities include planning and executing performance marketing campaigns, managing paid media activities, developing and implementing email marketing strategies, conducting A/B testing, monitoring campaign performance, and staying abreast of industry trends. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Must have:
  • 1-3 years of performance marketing experience
  • Proficiency in managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and push notification tools
  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and data-driven decisions
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
Good to have:
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Data/Looker Studio is a plus

About the Role: This role sits within the Digital Marketing Team, specifically within the B2C function which focuses on end-to-end campaign conceptualisation, execution and performance reporting across multiple paid and owned channels including but not limited to Search, Paid Social, Email, etc. in various markets across the globe with the primary objective of driving user acquisition and revenue at a positive ROI. This role will work closely alongside the Consumer marketing team, and you will report to the Performance Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:

    •  Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns to drive new user acquisition profitably.
    • Manage day-to-day paid media activities across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
    • Develop and implement email marketing and push notification strategies to enhance user engagement.
    • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize campaign performance.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging channels to identify new growth opportunities.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives. 

Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably within the consumer tech or eCommerce sectors.
    • Proficiency in managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
    • Experience with email marketing platforms and push notification tools.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Data/Looker Studio is a plus.
    • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, experimental mindset.
    • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
