Job Description

The Director, Global Onboarding and Learning Experience Programs will lead a team responsible for developing and executing innovative onboarding programs for the Sales and Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. Key responsibilities include redefining the strategic vision for GTM onboarding, ensuring alignment with business needs to reduce ramp time and accelerate productivity, establishing a standardized learning experience framework, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize training programs, and collaborating with global program owners and subject matter experts. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in enablement, training, or sales onboarding within high-growth companies (cybersecurity preferred), strong strategic thinking and leadership skills, and exceptional communication skills.
Must have:
  • 7+ years experience in enablement/training/sales onboarding

We're looking for an experienced Director, Global Onboarding and Learning Experience Programs to lead a team responsible for the innovative development and execution of onboarding programs for the Sales and Go-To-Market (GTM) Organization. Reporting to the VP of Sales Enablement, you will be responsible for:

  • Redefining our strategic vision for GTM Onboarding to in role learning excellence to develop a highly innovative experience, end to end including content creation, training plans, facilitation, and execution
  • Ensuring alignment with business needs to reduce ramp time and accelerate productivity
  • Establishing a standardized yet flexible learning experience framework tailored to role-specific and regional requirements
  • Leveraging data-driven insights to assess onboarding effectiveness, optimize training programs, and enhance business impact
  • Collaborating with global program owners in enablement and cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, and leaders to ensure consistent, streamlined experience and execution of the programs aligned to objectives and key results (OKRs)

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 7+ years of experience in enablement, training, or sales onboarding within high-growth companies (cybersecurity preferred)
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and scaling sales onboarding programs, with a proven ability to simplify complex topics
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and familiarity with Prezi, Synthesia, or other innovative learning tools
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills with a knack for simplifying complex subject matter

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Prior sales experience (Account Executive or similar) with a strong understanding of customer needs
  • Expertise in learning experience design and instructional methodologies to enhance onboarding programs
  • Experience in SaaS business models and sales enablement technologies, with a focus on driving efficiency and effectiveness

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range
$168,000$240,000 USD
