Distribution Sourcing Manager Assistant Internship

Internship Description

You will actively contribute to identifying high-potential video game projects by participating in the development of the company's sourcing pipeline. This internship will allow you to gain a global vision of video game market dynamics while developing your skills in prospecting, strategic analysis, and commercial follow-up.

Sourcing & Prospecting

• Identify new promising games (PC, console, mobile)
• Qualify projects according to established criteria (genre, business model, originality, etc.)
• Update the database of studios and projects

Contact & Follow-up

• Draft and send initial prospecting messages
• Ensure follow-up of exchanges and re-engage contacts if necessary
• Participate in initial contact meetings with developers

Strategic Monitoring & Analysis

• Regularly monitor sector trends

Operational Support

• Contribute to the creation of commercial documents (pitch decks, project sheets, etc.)
• Participate in the administrative management of contracts if needed

Required Profile

Education:

• Student in higher education (university or business school).
• Knowledge of the video game industry is a plus.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in information retrieval
• Commercial and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken English

Soft Skills:

• Organization, rigor, and curiosity
• Dynamism, adaptability, and analytical mind
• Excellent interpersonal skills
