We are seeking an ambitious Email Marketing Manager to join our Media and Operations Team as we continue to drive our growth story forward!
The mission is to cultivate strong player relationships, optimize Email Marketing systems, and working across Supercell with live-ops and product marketing managers to develop effective engagement strategies. Your expertise in managing customer journeys and leveraging data insights could be the key to unlocking our next level of success.
What you’ll do:
Email Strategy: Contribute to developing and driving long-term, data-driven marketing communication and customer engagement strategy
Email automation: Work across to create a smooth customer journey by identifying opportunities in email automation
Targeted marketing campaigns: Own and drive end-to-end (from idea to segmentation to analyzing the results) communication via email
Continuous A/B testing: Create and follow a plan to continuously test and get learnings to improve your results
Customer data analysis and segmentation: Analyze customer data and create customer segments to more effectively target marketing communications and campaigns with timely messages that fit the audience
Reporting and analytics: Monitor and report on the results of Email marketing activities.
Collaboration with other teams: Working closely with game marketing and Supercell Store teams, tech and other central marketing teams to ensure a consistent player experience and that marketing efforts support business goals.
What you’ll bring:
Expertise in Email marketing: 4+ years of professional experience in operational CRM, specializing in email marketing and optimizing the customer lifecycle
Good knowledge of Email and analytics software and tools (Braze and DataBricks are a great plus)
Data-driven campaign management: You excel at piloting, managing and scaling high-volume, complex automated campaigns. You know exactly what to measure and how to turn data into actionable insights.
Analytical mindset: You’re not just focus on outcomes – you seek to understand the impact of your work. You’re always looking for insights from testing and eager to apply those learnings to continuously improve future projects.
Player-centric approach: You’re passionate about understanding our current and future players – their needs, challenges, and how to best connect with them. You’re also excited to experiment with new approaches and embrace fresh ideas to inspire growth.
Collaborative Team Player: You work well with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of an optimized communication lifecycle.
