Our client, a publicly traded cybersecurity company, is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth and build enterprise relationships in the Phoenix, AZ area. This is a high-impact role with strong earning potential where you will represent a differentiated, cloud-native security platform. You will partner with a Sales Engineer and internal stakeholders to close strategic deals with mid-size and enterprise accounts. Responsibilities include owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, delivering technical demos, engaging with customers and partners, building relationships with senior decision-makers, collaborating with internal teams, maintaining accurate forecasting in Salesforce, and participating in industry events.

About the Role

Our client is a publicly traded cybersecurity company recognized as a leader in data security, insider risk management, and threat detection. As part of their continued U.S. expansion, they are hiring an Account Manager to help drive growth and build enterprise relationships in the Phoenix, AZ area.

This is a high-impact individual contributor role with strong earning potential, where you'll represent a differentiated, cloud-native security platform. You'll partner with a dedicated Sales Engineer and work closely with internal stakeholders to close strategic deals across mid-size and enterprise accounts.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle-from prospecting and outbound activity to closing new business and expanding existing accounts.

  • Deliver high-quality technical demos and value-based presentations with the support of a local Sales Engineer.

  • Engage with both direct customers and partners, executing a well-rounded territory strategy.

  • Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers, including technical and C-level stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with internal teams including Sales Engineering, Channel Management, and Marketing to maximize impact.

  • Maintain accurate forecasting and deal progression using Salesforce and other internal tools.

  • Participate in industry events and field activities as needed to drive pipeline growth.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience; experience selling software or security solutions is strongly preferred.

  • Track record of success in a quota-carrying role, including experience selling through channel partners.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

  • Competitive, self-motivated, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced sales environment.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce and general CRM discipline.

  • An existing network and/or business development experience in the Phoenix metro area is a plus.
