About The Global Payment team of Bytedance provides payment solutions - including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms including TikTok. Responsibilities: - Be responsible for assessing and managing fraud risks in the financial business sector, including payment fraud, cash out risk and so on. - Conduct well-rounded fraud risk assessment for financial business, including risk types, exposure, containing measures and solutions. - Frequently track and monitor fraud risk exposure and detect abnormal user behavior, as well as alert and handle exceptions. - Devise and implement risk solutions based on risk patterns via collaboration with strategy/product/tech/customer service teams. - Optimise risk strategy and models based on online performance to reduce overall fraud risk exposure.

Minimum Qualification: - Solid risk management knowledge and skills, familiar with risk assessment and risk control methods and processes. - Excellent data analysis and statistical skills, able to skillfully use risk management tools and software. - Good communication and teamwork skills, able to work closely with business departments and other relevant departments. - Strong sense of responsibility and execution ability, able to solve problems independently and complete tasks on time. Preferred Qualification: - Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance, economics, statistics, or related fields. - More than 3 years of practical experience in credit risk management, familiar with risk management in areas such as BNPL, Cash Loan, and Supply chain finance etc. ByteDance is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
