Job Summary:

P99soft is seeking an experienced Full Stack Architect with over 8 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Node.js, Python, and React, along with a strong background in AWS. You will be responsible for designing and implementing robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications while leading a team of developers to ensure technical excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Design and architect end-to-end full-stack solutions using Node.js, Python, and React.
• Lead the development and implementation of high-quality, scalable, and secure web applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure the architecture and code adhere to industry best practices and standards.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using AWS services.
• Optimize application performance and scalability.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, and apply them to improve existing systems and processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in full-stack development, with expertise in Node.js, Python, and React.
• Strong experience with AWS services and cloud architecture.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable and high-performance web applications.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with serverless architecture and microservices.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
