Gameplay Programmer

Bohemia Interactive is a global leader in independent game development, best known for creating the Arma series and DayZ. We are a growing team of over 500 passionate people working on multiple projects, including the development of new and exciting games.

We are looking for an experienced Gameplay Programmer to join our team in Prague, Czech Republic.

What you will do:

• Work with the design team to create and implement engaging gameplay features.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize gameplay systems.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Debug and fix gameplay-related issues.
• Collaborate with other programmers, designers, and artists.

Who you are:

• Strong programming skills in C++.
• Experience with game development, preferably in a similar role.
• Solid understanding of game development concepts, such as game loops, object-oriented programming, and data structures.
• Ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for games and a desire to create high-quality gaming experiences.
• Ability to relocate to Prague, Czech Republic.

Bonus points:

• Experience with the Arma series or DayZ.
• Experience with scripting languages.
• Experience with game engines such as Unreal Engine or Unity.
