We are expecting a rapid growth in Vehicle Financing in the near future, with several initiatives and improvements on the pipeline. This position is designed for a proactive individual who is passionate about driving growth and optimizing operational efficiency. You will play a key role in shaping our growth strategies and ensuring successful execution across various initiatives.

What You Will Do

Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
Streamline operational processes to enhance efficiency and scalability
Conduct regular data analysis and reporting to provide insights and recommendations to improve all funnel conversion
Identifying and addressing bottlenecks in the overall process that may hinder our volume
Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as PMO, product team, marketing, and other related stakeholders to execute integrated campaigns

What You Will Need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, or equivalent experience
At least 2-3 years experience in growth operations, business development, or a related role, preferably within a Fintech startup or high-growth environment
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail
Proficiency in Ms Office tools, such as Ms Word, Ms Excel, and Ms Powerpoint
Have an adaptive and growth mindset as we work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
