Blazesoft seeks an IT Support Specialist to provide internal employee support for computer systems, hardware, and software. Responsibilities include responding to support queries (in-person, phone, remote), diagnosing technical issues, providing basic computer training, and installing/upgrading hardware and software. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with strong communication and customer service skills, and advanced knowledge of computer software, operating systems (Windows, MacOS), and basic network technologies (WiFi, VPN). The position requires troubleshooting complex hardware and software issues and effectively managing short and long-term goals.

Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Responding to client support queries.
- Providing support in person, over the phone, or via remote access.
- Diagnosing issues with computer software, peripherals, and hardware.
- Providing basic computer training.
- Installing and upgrading hardware and software systems.
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of computer software systems, office applications (MS Office, Adobe, etc), operating systems (Windows, MacOS), basic network technologies (WiFI, VPN).
- Knowledge of computer hardware systems, including motherboards, memory modules, and processors.
- Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to self-manage short and long-term goals effectively.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
- Ability to discover, prioritize, and address points in the responsibility area in a project-oriented manner.
- Patience and understanding.
