Kulfi brings together talent, tech and data to create and distribute muti-format, multi-platform content for GenY and GenZ audiences in India and across the world. Kulfi operates through three verticals - Supari Studios (brand solutions), Post Office (immersive & digital experiences) and Keeda Media (original IPs).

About the role
At Kulfi Collective, we’re on a mission to make the world (wide web) a brighter place, one incredible story at a time. We’re looking for a highly motivated and future-focussed AI & Platform Engineer to join our Tech & Product team at the intersection of technology & creativity. In this role, you’ll help build AI-powered products and workflows that transform creative and marketing processes. You’ll get to develop cutting-edge digital products and AI-driven market intelligence platforms for some of the biggest global and Indian brands. 

We’re looking for a brilliant coder who’s also excited to push boundaries and bring bold, new ideas to life in this rapidly evolving space. 

A day in the life of a Lead AI & Platform Engineer

• Build digital products, new offerings, and connected experiences that people genuinely love
• Manage data pipelines and AI solutions for our Market Intelligence platform, trusted by senior marketers at top Indian and global brands
• Design and implement AI-powered workflows and integrations to drive creative innovation
• Collaborate with designers, strategists, and creative teams to craft cutting-edge tech solutions
• Research, prototype, and experiment with emerging technologies and AI trends to keep Kulfi Collective ahead of the curve
• Provide technical guidance and support for client-facing projects
• Actively contribute to shaping our tech strategy and best practices
  
  

Qualities and skill sets we would like for you to showcase

• 3-5 years of experience as a backend or full stack engineer, with proficiency in modern web technologies
• At least 1 year of experience building production environment products or workflows using AI products including (OpenAI, Anthropic, Runway, Stable Diffusion etc)
• Proficiency in Python and relevant ML libraries (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch etc)
• Experience in web scraping frameworks (e.g. Scrapy, Beautiful Soup, Selenium)
• Knowledge in building and deploying Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models
• Solid understanding of vector databases (e.g. FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) for semantic search
• Experience with creating and maintaining data pipelines and systems at scale
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure) for scalable deployment of AI stack
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies & creative tools quickly
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Ability to work in an agile and dynamic environment
