Ness Digital Engineering is seeking an experienced C++ Software Architect to lead the design of next-generation operational control platforms. The role involves deep expertise in modern C++ architecture, systems integration, streaming, real-time processing, multi-sensor data fusion, and applied cryptography. Responsibilities include leading software architecture and technical design for integrating systems into third-party platforms, defining and implementing secure communication interfaces, architecting real-time streaming and image processing solutions for data fusion, and designing modular Entity-Component-System models. The architect will also ensure robust integration with external systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical requirements and integration strategies, and guide engineering teams on architecture and secure coding practices.
Must have:
- Software Architecture and Modelling proficiency
- Multi-component systems design experience
- Solid expertise in C++ programming (C++17 preferred)
- Practical application of cybersecurity principles
- Experience with scalable, high-availability network solutions
- Skilled in identifying and mitigating security vulnerabilities

Requirements and responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced C++ Software Architect to lead the design of our next generation of operational control platforms
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in modern C++ architecture, systems integration, and a strong background in streaming, real-time processing, multi-sensor data fusion, and applied cryptography.
What you’ll do
- Lead the software architecture and technical design for integrating our system into external third-party platforms.
- Define and implement secure, standards-based communication interfaces.
- Architect and implement real-time streaming and image processing solutions to enable multisensor data fusion.
- Design and extend modular Entity-Component-System models to support dynamic and scalable system behaviour.
- Ensure robust, interoperable integration with third-party platforms and other operational control systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including systems engineers, developers, and external partners, to define technical requirements and integration strategies.
- Guide and mentor engineering teams on architecture, secure coding practices, and development methodologies.
